 Hey, what's up?!
Thanks for taking a moment to check out Trinity and all that it has to offer. My name is Rob Ellis, and I've been the youth leader at Trinity York Mills since April 2007. It's been a joy getting to know our young people, through various conversations and adventures in and outside of church, including those who've grown up in the church and those who've joined us more recently. We generally meet on Sunday mornings for an informal Bible study and open discussion, but we also go on trips, take part in special events like rock concerts or volunteer work, and keep ourselves connected through social media.
Mind you, we don't just want to talk about God or weave the occasional spiritual theme into our activities. We also want to live our lives in a way that's truly pleasing to Him and considerate of others. If He's real, then all the more reason for us to be real. It isn't always easy and we're all still learning and growing, but that's why we strive to forgive and encourage each other, with God's help, as best we can. We all need understanding, just like we sometimes need a nudge or a challenge as well. But wherever you are in your journey, you can come as you are and be accepted for who you are, and we can travel the road together.
