Several committed members of our church are honoured to provide pastoral care to those in need.
With the strong support of our minister, team members make regular visits during the year to nursing homes, senior's residences, hospitals and individual homes. They also participate in a yearly seminar, refreshing their support skills to assist those who are grieving. Our Pastoral care team also organizes two special communion services for those Trinity members who are unable to attend a regular communion service. We also sponsor get-togethers for the newly bereaved, and for seniors in our congregation.
If you would like to join us for the special communion services, they are held in October and June of each year.
