Our Church School children  range in age from 3 to 14 years old (Preschool to Grade 8).  Our energetic Church School Superintendent Rika Lewis and a selection of volunteer teachers lead our children each Sunday. The children join their families for the first 10 or so minutes of church.  After our children's story, they leave the sanctuary, and enjoy a time of singing before moving on to their grade-specific Sunday school classes.

The children enjoy a variety of crafts, movies, drama and instruction as they study biblical stories.  This year a Sunday School yearbook was produced for each child, including stories, pictures and other memories of their year at Trinity. 

Our curriculum is based on The Workshop Rotation Model as set up by Mustard Seed Ministries.  The Church School year is divided into 8 units. The children study one theme (unit) for approximately 4 weeks. The 2 and 3 year olds continue to use the Bible Quest curriculum while the grade 7 and 8 students are following a new curriculum purchased from TeachSundaySchool.com.  We find the consistency of unit layout and more in-depth analysis is beneficial for the students as they are engaged in each unit.
